Digital Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or PR – Not essential but advantageous
  • An understanding of social media
  • Creative and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great phone manner, along with customer service skills
  • Be someone proactive and eager to learn
  • Must be a team player that can also work well independently
  • Great communication skills 

We are looking for someone with some social media experience, as preferred. But just as preferred is a background in a role with great communication skills.

Your duties, but are not limited to the following:

  • Account creative content management
  • Customer relations: work to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with client calls and meetings for content + account management
  • Align with clients on campaigns and ensure they understand the creatives they will be receiving
  • Strategically work with the Client Success Manager and Client Growth Manager, to ensure client accounts are progressing as intended
  • Account social media advertising creation for key accounts
  • Align with the Client Growth Officer in assisting with onboardings and repurposing’s of existing and new clients

Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 months + experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good negotiation skills
  • The ability to think on your feet and generate ideas
  • The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once

You must possess a proactive attitude, willingness to learn and wanting to grow with the Agency!

What will the role look like?

As with many roles, your morning would generally start with going through emails, getting back to clients, and checking client reports to verify that all client social media campaigns are running successfully. As a Client Growth Officer, you will be required to:

  • Make it your business to know all the accounts that are under your control
  • Arrange and book in onboarding meetings with new clients at Attention Experts
  • Liaise and organise regular meetings with clients
  • Increase the value on average of each client account
  • Regularly hunting for client opportunities to upsell them to another Attention Experts service
  • Analysing key trends in the market and predicting outcomes for reporting to the Client Success team
  • Keep clients happily retained
  • Engage in any hard communication with clients to ensure that Attention Experts’ brand is well presented
  • Maintain the company’s existing client relationships in a friendly and diplomatic manner
  • Liaise with other departments of Attention Experts according to client requirements
  • General administrative duties
