Responsibilities

Do you consider yourself as someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills? Perhaps you’ve come from a customer service background and have dealt with customers all across the spectrum. Maybe you’ve only just realised that your current role isn’t the one for you and instead, you’d like to be part of something bigger. As an Account Manager at Attention Experts, you would be responsible for:

  • Arranging and booking in onboarding meetings with new clients
  • Liaising and organising regular meetings with clients
  • Increasing the value on average of each client account
  • Analysing key trends in the market and predicting outcomes for reporting to our Client Success team
  • Keeping clients happily retained
  • Engaging in any hard communication with clients to ensure that Attention Experts’ brand is well presented
  • Maintaining the company’s existing client relationships in a friendly and diplomatic manner
  • General administrative duties

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Internally your role title will be a Client Success Administrator. This is a full-time role and is located in St Leonards, NSW.

Your duties, but are not limited to the following:

  • Account creative content management
  • Customer relations; work to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Strategically work with the Client Success Manager and Client Growth Manager, to ensure client accounts are progressing as intended
  • Account social media advertising creation for key accounts

Skills & Experience

Office Manager / HR Coordinator

Your successful track record in managing the many administrative moving parts of a small/medium, growing business is what has allowed you to develop your career thus far. We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible and help us grow our people and culture across a planned global market.

Initially your role will be to assist to develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure top talent is attracted to our team. With planned expansion into the UK and Canada over the next 18 months it would be ideal if you have experience in sourcing candidates globally however this is not essential. Your ability to adapt, find out what you need to know and your drive to succeed are more important than qualifications or years of experience.

Working alongside the business founder you will be supporting many of our administration functions, HR, recruitment, looking for ways to streamline our systems and processes as we continue our rapid growth.

You will be overseeing a team of around 15 digital marketing specialists who are managing multiple, many phased projects across a diverse range of clients so deadlines and client needs can create stretched resources and short term high stress levels at times.

This is a highly challenging and exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our expansion into overseas markets.
