How much should I be spending on social media ads?
The amount to spend on ads depends on the goal and the time of the campaign.
At Attention Experts, we advise an amount that would be most suitable for results on your campaign, generally, the very minimum we would look at is around $450-$600 per month on a metro area. However, there are campaigns that can go much higher, it all depends on what factors that will produce a return. Sometimes lower ad spend can be less productive for your campaign.
It’s also important to give time for the campaign to grow. Some businesses can take up to 6 to 9 months to see results.

Are there any lock-in contracts?
No, at Attention Experts, we don’t lock our clients into contracts or commitments. We love building long-term relationships with our clients and don’t feel we need to tie clients into a contract to develop this. We instead should develop our client-agency relationship through a productive working relationship instead of a written commitment.
We offer a month to month retainer pricing model. This allows you to have a clear cost structure for your campaigns, without the anxiety of being locked into an agreement. Also, any performance on the campaign, you can keep as we do not take commission, we are incentivised purely by retaining your business!

How many people work on my social media campaign?
In total, there are around five to seven dedicated experts who work on your campaign. They will make sure your campaign runs smoothly and is thriving.
This includes two points of contact for your campaign.
Your Client Growth Officer, who is your hard communication point. A dedicated point of contact to answer questions around the strategy of your campaign and any direct inquiries you have about your campaign.
Your Client Success Executive, who is your administration point of contact. A dedicated campaign administrator to ensure the content and administration of the campaign is aligned and tracked in the direction agreed upon.
How often will I receive reports about my campaign, and how do I know if we will reach our targets?
You will receive a report once a month, with clear information on whether the campaign is growing and how it is going in regards to reaching the agreed-upon metrics set out in the agreed briefs with you as our client.
In addition, you will have a fortnightly alignment call to discuss the progress of the campaign with your Client Success Executive. This is an opportunity to discuss content, results, upcoming events, new ideas, and anything related to the campaign.

How long is the onboarding process?
The total average onboarding process is 18 business days. We will start with an onboarding meeting, which is an opportunity for our Client Growth team to perform a deep dive audit into your business needs and goals for your social media campaign in detail.
After this meeting, all your suggestions are communicated back to the team in-house. Our strategy team will then devise a plan with clear KPIs and timelines (usually 90 days).
In approximately two weeks, you will have your campaign up and running.
A large part of this process is reliant on your responsiveness. The quicker you get back to us regarding changes and approvals, the quicker you will be onboarded.
Once your campaign is moving, we will optimise and establish the successful actions of your campaign to flesh out its maturity.
Do your campaigns run on Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)?
